My best 5k is 29.27.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

Beat my best 5k time.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to stay fit. I have 6 kids and I want to be physically able to keep up with them. I would eventually like to run some longer races and maybe do a triathalon.

Personal:

I am very happily married, We have 6 children. 4 girls and then we adopted two boy's. They are 17mths, 4,4,4,7 and 11.

Really sore from yesterday!  How sad is that. To think 4 or 5 months ago I could run way more than that and not feel a thing.

I thought I was going to run later at the track so I only ran 1.5 miles.  Then I worked my arms over and rode the bike.

Back has been bothering be to the point where it hurts to take a deep breath,  so I did the elliptical on a high incline, worked my legs and then I rode the bike.

 

I am going to go run the track with the hubby later, The treadmill seems to be harder on my body. 

Ran 2 miles at the track. felt really good. I was suprised after already going once.

Ran/ walked the track.  I have a horriable chest cold, hard to breath.

A slow 39 minutes.  I am still trying to get over this cold I have. My chest kept getting tight to the point where I was having a hard time breathing.  I sound like I have asthma. I don't think the air is helping any.

I had to walk one lap for about every 3 I ran.

I didn't run today because my leg was pretty sore but I might go later with Matt.  I did the elliptical on an incline and lifted weights and then I rode the bike.

Started out with shin splints and a sore knee but it kind of worked it's self out. I was still really stiff today also.

I worked my abs and then I rode the bike for 20 minutes, I did turn up the level way higher today.

I don't know how but I forgot my garmin today and when I got to the track I forgot to look at the clock. I know I was not there for even an hour, so I guess I had a pretty good run. I felt really slugish today.

I have been going crazy because all my kids are taking turns being sick and I have had to stay home with them, and my husband has been getting home late.  He dose want o run tonight, so I guess I will make up for lost days. 

I had a really good running day today!  I seem to do better on the treadmill for some reason.  I ran 3.10 miles in 31.00 minutes and then I slowed down.

I worked my abs and legs, then I rode the bike for 16 minutes. 

I went and ran the track with my husband tonight.........I shocked myself beause I was able to run 2 miles with out any walking. I was so tired and did not want to go again, but I got a second wind or something. I did one arm machine also.

I am pretty sure I will be sorry tomorrw.

2.60 elliptical. 35 minutes

1.40 stair stepper 20 minutes

5.90 bike  35 minutes, I did the cross training option and it kicked my butt.

I lifted a few leg weights and worked my abs.

My husband was home with my boy's so I had some extra time, it was nice not to worrie about time.

I did not run on the treadmill, because my husband wants me to go run the track tonight, we will see if I can move by then.
