2.60 elliptical. 35 minutes
1.40 stair stepper 20 minutes
5.90 bike 35 minutes, I did the cross training option and it kicked my butt.
I lifted a few leg weights and worked my abs.
My husband was home with my boy's so I had some extra time, it was nice not to worrie about time.
I did not run on the treadmill, because my husband wants me to go run the track tonight, we will see if I can move by then.
