I should probley call these threshold miles or vo2 max miles, because they were not easy for me. I had to mentally talk myself in to even gettin gon the treadmill today. My baby is sick and It has just been an exhausting week so far.
So I ran 6 miles in 63.30 which is a pr in distance and time for me. I have found that if I turn the treadmill up after about a mile and run as fast as I can my legs go numb and then I can slow down, so I do this fo rmy whole run I ran anywhere from 5 to 7 I kept it on an incline of .5
Then I walked a slow.25 mile to cool down. I am so proud of myself but to tired to really care right now. |
