My best 5k is 29.27.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

Beat my best 5k time.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to stay fit. I have 6 kids and I want to be physically able to keep up with them. I would eventually like to run some longer races and maybe do a triathalon.

Personal:

I am very happily married, We have 6 children. 4 girls and then we adopted two boy's. They are 17mths, 4,4,4,7 and 11.

My goal today was to run for 1 hr without stopping!  And I did it Yeah.    I ran 5.50 miles in 61 minutes with .5 incline and then I walked the last half mile with 1.50 incline, with 2 pound weights in my hands and finished at 72 minutes.

My knee is acting really scary today so I thought I better not even try running. It pops right in the middle when I bend it.I can feel something in there when I put my hand on it. 

So I did the elliptical on a incline of 7 for 35 minutes, 3 miles and then I worked my abds and did a few leg weights,  Then I rode the bike for 15 minutes another 3 miles.

I should probley call these threshold miles or vo2 max miles, because they were not easy for me. I had to mentally talk myself in to even gettin gon the treadmill today. My baby is sick and It has just been an exhausting week so far.

So I ran 6 miles in 63.30 which is a pr in distance and time for me. I have found that if I turn the treadmill up after about a mile and run as fast as I can my legs go numb and then I can slow down, so I do this fo rmy whole run I ran anywhere from 5 to 7 I kept it on an incline of .5

Then I walked a slow.25 mile to cool down.    I am so proud of myself but to tired to really care right now.
