My knee is acting really scary today so I thought I better not even try running. It pops right in the middle when I bend it.I can feel something in there when I put my hand on it.
So I did the elliptical on a incline of 7 for 35 minutes, 3 miles and then I worked my abds and did a few leg weights, Then I rode the bike for 15 minutes another 3 miles. |
