My best 5k is 29.27.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

Beat my best 5k time.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to stay fit. I have 6 kids and I want to be physically able to keep up with them. I would eventually like to run some longer races and maybe do a triathalon.

Personal:

I am very happily married, We have 6 children. 4 girls and then we adopted two boy's. They are 17mths, 4,4,4,7 and 11.

Today is the first day I have felt good enough to do anything but what I had to do, Laundry ect...

I feel really good. I ran the first mile and walked the second at a fast pace. I was suprised that I could still do my mile in under 11 minutes seeing as I have not done anything in awhile.

I did a few weights and then I rode the bike.

I will keep my fingers crossed that I will feel this good tomorrow and the days to come.

I really am trying to get back into the groove of running.  I my mile in 10.40 and then I walked some.

Then I  worked my legs and rode the bike.

I suprised myself running today. I ran my 3 miles in 36 minutes, considering the fact that I have not run much lately I was pretty happy with that.

I worked my legs and  then rode the bike.

I was a little stiff today from yesterdays workout and my legs were very tired. I had a good first mile,  I did some abb work and arms then I rode the bike.
