My knee and quad are still pretty sore but I decided to give running a try today. I was suprised that it was almost less painful running than it is walking. I had to really concentrate on my foot placement or I would get shooting pains up my leg but over all it was a good run. Slower than I like but I had a good distance for me.
I worked my legs and then I rode the bike for 15 minutes not as much weight as I have been, but I did not want to push to hard. |
