I did my first mile and a half on the stair stepper because my shins were sore and that seems to stretch them or warm them up.
Then I went and did 30 reverse sit ups.
I ran the first three miles in 33.30 minutes then I walked to cool down.
I think I could have ran at least another mile with out stopping but my shins were starting to hurt.
I went back and did 400 crunches on the ab machine and worked my arms a little bit.
After young womens tonight one of my girls asked me to go run/walk with her so we went to the park. we walked one lap then ran one. We did a total of 1.25 miles. It was past her bed time. But my shins were done for the day any ways. |
